Measure MM

Our team led the communications and outreach strategy for the successful passage of Measure MM, a wildfire prevention funding measure in Oakland that required a two-thirds majority to win. We delivered a targeted campaign grounded in fire safety, accountability, and urgency.


We created a website, designed mailers and doorhangers, and rolled out geo-targeted digital ads. Messaging focused on proven vegetation management strategies and oversight provisions to reassure voters. Our efforts included paid and field media timed with ballot drop and GOTV, leading to a successful passage of the measure.
